Ingredients:
2 Cups of Oats Ground
½ Cup of Almonds ground
2 handful pecans
Pinch of salt
1 Tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of Vanilla
1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
1 Tbsp of chia seeds
2 ripe bananas
1 ½ cups of plant milk (or more)
Method:
Grind oats and almonds in a food processor and then add pecans and just blitz quickly so they are still crumbly. Pour into a mixing bowl. Add the next 5 ingredients to mixing bowl and stir. Blend bananas and milk in processor and add to mixing bowl. Stir. Add more milk if they are not runny enough for your desired pancake thickness. Add vegan butter or coconut oil to the griddle and when hot add pancakes. Flip when pancakes are brown on the bottom and easy to pick up. Serve with berries, nuts, bananas, and maple syrup.
