This recipe is from my beautiful VEGAN Momma! Enjoy them with hot sauce or BBQ sauce!
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
3/4 cup chickpea flour
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Buffalo wing sauce
Method:
- Mix together flour, seasonings, and milk.
- Coat cauliflower with chickpea mixture and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees for 3 minutes. Arrange cauliflower pieces in an even layer in the air fryer. Cook at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, shaking periodically.
- Remove cauliflower and coat with wing sauce. Place back in the preheated air fryer and cook at 375 for another 8-10 minutes, shaking periodically.
- Serve with vegan ranch dressing.
