Cauliflower Bites

This recipe is from my beautiful VEGAN Momma! Enjoy them with hot sauce or BBQ sauce!

Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

3/4 cup chickpea flour

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Buffalo wing sauce

Method:

  1. Mix together flour, seasonings, and milk.  
  2. Coat cauliflower with chickpea mixture and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees for 3 minutes. Arrange cauliflower pieces in an even layer in the air fryer. Cook at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, shaking periodically.
  4. Remove cauliflower and coat with wing sauce. Place back in the preheated air fryer and cook at 375 for another 8-10 minutes, shaking periodically.  
  5. Serve with vegan ranch dressing.
